Sr Embedded Firmware Engineer

Connected Systems has a client with a perm/direct hire opening (will also consider temp to perm) in northern RI for a Sr Embedded Firmware Engineer.

Join a small engineering team for the design and development of a medical device product. Will be responsible for design, development, test and successful implementation of embedded software.

Must have strong C/C++ skills in an embedded environment, specifically electro-mechanical devices.
Experience with hardware bring up and working with schematics
Background working with microcontroller peripherals, such as I2C, SPI, CAN, etc.)
Prior experience in a medical device or other regulated environment is helpful.
