Please Note: This position is primarily remote, but the employee must be able to commute to the Sandwich, MA area as required.

We have a client in the Sandwich, MA area hiring a Software/Firmware Quality Assurance Engineer to support a team that is handling the test automation efforts new web, mobile and wireless embedded software. This SQA engineer will primarily help drive automation and manual testing efforts across the product lines, and must be familiar with agile development methodology. The work will primarily be supporting the SW Application specific testing efforts.
Responsibilities Include:
Promoting best SQA practices and continuous improvement efforts for software quality related activities for application level and firmware level platforms for embedded systems and applications.
Candidates must have strong Automation testing experience and be able to support automation with Appium or Selenium
Experience with Confluence and Jira preferred
Experience testing cloud based applications, Ideally AWS
Execute test plans in the areas of performance, regression, end-user, integration and functional testing.
